John Lindesmith serves as a Business Development Analyst at Top Echelon.  His primary role is to identify and implement new avenues for recruiters to make more placements.  John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.  He has three years of Project Management experience from The Kraft Heinz Company where he led the implementation of all new Kraft Heinz Research and Development products.

John uses his marketing and project management background to work with executive recruiters and focus on pinpointing new opportunities for collaborative business growth.  He continually works with recruiters to help them understand and implement contract staffing into their business model.  John is a key speaker and trainer for all Top Echelon conferences and webinars.  He also frequently speaks at a number of state associations across the country.
